Indoors and outdoors, Front de Seine’s high intensity interval training is guarenteed to lead you to optimal form !

Interval training alternates phases of high intensity activity with active recovery. Results are guarenteed !

Your stamina will be increased, your muscular strength improved, and fat eliminated thanks to the afterburn effect.

 



BOOTCAMP, a training group of 15 people plus the coach, is Front de Seine’s outdoor Cross Training challenge. It’s a group session of cardio and strength training. Using your own body weight to strengthen your body, increase your stamina and improve your respiration.

HIIT FORCE, a small training group of 10 people plus the coach, is a high intensity interval strength session, a real challenge. Thanks to the alternance of high intensity activity with active recovery, all the while carrying weights, you will develop muscle, burn fat, increase stamina and improve your general form.
