Bio

After completing his A-levels, Arnaud chose to enlist in the Army for two years, an experience that helped him develop a sense of rigour and discipline. In June 2019, he obtained his BPJEPS diploma (with distinction in two subjects) and immediately began his career as a fitness coach.

Driven by a desire to make a real difference in people’s daily lives, he is convinced that sport helps people feel good, both mentally and
physically.
