Bio

A fitness coach since 2021, he qualified in 2023 with a BPJEPS diploma specialising in Strength and Weightlifting, a course that has shaped his approach, which is both demanding and precise.

His career has seen him provide personal training to basketball players, coach at a CrossFit box, and work with companies on issues relating to musculoskeletal disorders.

For him, sport is a powerful tool for feeling good in one’s body, gaining confidence and building a genuine discipline in life.
