Suitable for everybody, indoor cycling is a great way to improve your form quickly and efficiently.

A great way to increase your energy and stamina, and improve your respiration, with no ground impact to put your back or joints in danger.

You burn 700 calories per session, eliminating fat and improving your cardio-respiratory and -vascular capacities in a minimum of time.



RPM, a small training group of 12 people plus the coach, is the opening level of Spinning Club. Train at your own rhythm supervised by the coach, simulating hills, sprints and time trials.
